Write before you send anything
Email sales@auvijewels.com or message +1 945-444-1173 with your order number and a photo. Tell us what is wrong — or simply that it is not right. Nothing needs to be posted until we have replied.

We agree the route in writing
We confirm where the piece goes, what to include and how the postage is handled before it leaves you. You get that in a message you can keep, not buried in a policy page.

Send it back with its paperwork
Pack the piece in its box with any IGI report that came with it. The report is the stone’s passport, and a certified piece should never travel without it.
Keep the report safe. Selected pieces are IGI certified and ship with their grading report. If yours did, store it with your important documents and send it back with the piece.
Sizing, before you order
Most returns are really a sizing question that was never asked. Fingers change with the seasons, and a ring bought as a surprise rarely fits first time. Our sizing guide takes five minutes — and if you are between sizes, or measuring someone else's hand in secret, message us before you order. We would rather spend ten minutes on that than have the piece come back.
If something needs attention
Jewelry is worn, and worn things sometimes need a hand — a claw that has loosened, a clasp that no longer sits quite right. Send us a photo and tell us what happened. We will look at it and tell you honestly what can be done and what it would cost, before anything is posted anywhere.
What you can rely on today is who answers. Auvi Jewels is Vijay and Rita Patel in Dallas, and they reply themselves. Our first Etsy reviewer put it more briefly than we can: the piece was exactly as described, her many questions were answered quickly, and it arrived faster than she expected.
