Some Auvi Jewels pieces are ready to send; others are made for you. You will know which one yours is before you pay — along with the stone, the metal and what shipping costs.

Step onePick a piece from the catalogue, or send us a reference and let us quote it. Either way we settle the stone first — natural diamond, lab-grown diamond or moissanite — then the metal: 10K or 14K gold in yellow, white or rose, or sterling silver.

Confirmed in writing
Step twoBefore anything is made or packed, you get the specification back from us: stone, carat, metal, size, and what the piece costs. Nothing is left for you to assume.

Made & checked
Step threeStones are set and claws finished by hand, then the piece is checked under magnification for security, symmetry and polish. Selected designs are IGI certified, and we tell you before you buy whether yours is one of them.

With you
Step fourYour piece is packed and dispatched with tracking, and we send you the number. Free shipping is offered on many styles; where a style carries a shipping cost, you see it before you pay.
How long a piece takes depends on what it is: a ring already in the collection moves quickly, a commission takes as long as it takes to make it properly. We give you a date when we confirm the order, and we tell you the day it ships. Custom commissions follow the same rhythm, plus the time it takes to agree the design.

Free shipping on many styles
A lot of what we make ships free — it is marked on the listing. Where it is not, the cost appears at checkout before you commit.
