1 · What this site is

This is the storefront of Auvi Jewels, founded in Dallas in 2025 by Vijay and Rita Patel. The build you are reading is a preview: parts of it are not yet connected, including the contact form. Until they are, anything you want to buy or commission is agreed with us directly — by email, by phone or WhatsApp, or by Instagram DM.

2 · Prices and imagery

Prices shown on the site can change, and a price becomes firm only when we confirm your order in writing. Where a design has no photograph, what you see is a 3D render of that design rather than a photograph of the exact piece — stones, metal tone and finish vary a little from one piece to the next, which is what handmade means.

3 · Custom and made-to-order work

Much of what we make is custom, and it starts as a conversation: a message, a photograph of something you like, a budget. It ends with a written specification — stone type, whether that stone is a natural diamond, a lab-grown diamond or moissanite, the carat, the metal, the size and the price. We do not start work until you have agreed that specification, and we do not change it without telling you.

Because a commission is made to your instructions, what happens if you change your mind is settled in that same conversation, before anything is made. Ask, and we will put it in writing.

4 · Using the site

You are welcome to browse, configure and explore for personal, lawful purposes. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it wholesale, or pass our images and copy off as someone else's.

5 · Intellectual property

The Auvi Jewels name, design system, copywriting, photography, 3D engine and renders are the work of their authors. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

6 · Errors and liability

The site itself is provided "as is". We take care with descriptions and prices, but errors happen; where one appears we will correct it and tell you before your order goes any further, rather than quietly shipping something other than what you read. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability arising from use of the site itself.

7 · Governing law

This store is operated by AAR GLOBAL LLC, doing business as Auvi Jewels, from Dallas, Texas. The governing law and venue for these terms will be stated here in full before launch, rather than guessed at now.
